In this category, Jeewan's function is verification and accurate presentation rather than certification. The distinction is material on any site where lifting operations are performed, and it is set out explicitly below rather than left to inference.
Tonnage rating and equipment classification should be specified in the Demand Letter.

Jeewan reviews documentation. We do not conduct operator testing and we do not issue certification.
The review comprises the operator's licence and its category classification, third-party certification where held — riggers frequently present TUV or Bureau Veritas qualifications — experience letters, and the equipment classes the candidate has demonstrably operated. Where documentation cannot be corroborated, the submission records this position.
Employers requiring operator assessment to their own standard are advised to incorporate that requirement into the Agency Agreement. A number of principals conduct their own practical assessment on arrival, and for lifting roles this represents sound practice. Jeewan will mobilise against such a requirement and re-source under the replacement provision where a candidate does not meet it.
The standard 45-day pipeline applies. Operators generally progress through assessment more quickly than Skill Verification Programme trades, as no test-centre appointment is required within the sequence. Documentary review may extend where certification is third-party and requires verification at source.
