Who We Are

18 Years of Placing Pakistan's Best Talent in the GCC

Jeewan Overseas Employment is a government-licensed OEP headquartered in Karachi. We manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from Demand Letter registration with the Protectorate of Emigrants through to on-site deployment — so our Saudi partners never worry about administrative delays.

End-to-End Management

Wakala, GAMCA/Wafid medicals, Etimad biometrics, Protectorate stamping, and air ticketing — all handled in-house.

MUSANED for Domestic Staffing

Active e-contracting partnerships on the Saudi MUSANED platform, which governs domestic worker recruitment. Skilled trades run on the separate block-visa route.

SVP Certified Talent

All skilled candidates are vetted against the Saudi Skill Verification Program requirements before submission.

Zero-Error Documentation

Every file undergoes strict internal audit before embassy submission. Zero tolerance for rejections or delays.

The Jeewan Advantage

Door-to-Door Deployment, Powered by Our Own Travel Company

Most recruiters hand your workers to a third-party travel agent and hope for the best. We don't. Our sister company, Air Label Travels & Tours, handles ticketing and PNR issuance in-house — so a single team owns your candidate's journey from the Karachi office to your site gate.

One accountable partner for visa, ticketing, and arrival — no handoffs
Rapid rebooking when project start dates shift — same-day PNR changes
Group mobilization coordination for high-volume manpower batches
Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can you actually deploy workers to Saudi Arabia?+
Our average is 45 days from receipt of an attested Demand Letter and Wakala (Power of Attorney) to on-site arrival. Timelines can vary with embassy appointment availability and medical scheduling, but our in-house handling of GAMCA/Wafid, Etimad, and ticketing keeps us consistently ahead of market averages.
What documents does a Saudi employer need to provide?+
Three core documents: a Demand Letter specifying trades, quantities, and salaries; a Power of Attorney (Wakala) authorizing Jeewan to act on your behalf; and an Agency Agreement. All three must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Pakistani Embassy/Consulate in Saudi Arabia. We guide you through each step.
Are you licensed by the Government of Pakistan?+
Yes. We hold Overseas Employment Promoter Licence No. 2621/KAR issued by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE), Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development. Every deployment is processed through official Protectorate of Emigrants channels with full insurance and State Bank documentation.
Do you work with MUSANED for domestic workers?+
Yes — we maintain active, verified e-contracting partnerships on the Saudi MUSANED platform, which is mandatory for domestic worker recruitment to the Kingdom. This ensures full contract transparency and protection for both employer and worker.
As a job seeker, what fees will I pay?+
Only government-regulated costs processed through official channels — never cash payments to agents. We are a licensed OEP and follow BEOE fee regulations. If anyone claiming to represent Jeewan demands unofficial payments, report it to us directly at +92 21 35654444.
What happens if a deployed worker doesn't work out?+
We stand behind our vetting. Our agreements include a replacement guarantee window — if a candidate fails to meet the agreed role requirements, we source and mobilize a replacement per the terms of our Agency Agreement.
