Most agency demands fall into one of these. Some are a mix of both.

We source the workers

  • You send the demand: trades, headcount, salary and start date
  • We screen and shortlist from Pakistan, and your client selects
  • Skill Verification Programme testing where the trade requires it
  • About 45 days from Wakala to arrival

Your client has already selected

  • You send the visa copies, Wakala on Qiwa and attested contract
  • We handle medical, biometrics, stamping and Protectorate clearance
  • About 2–3 weeks, or 3–4 weeks for SVP trades
  • One status report covering every worker
What You Can Expect

How We Handle an Agency Demand

A straight answer on supply. Before you commit, we tell you how many suitable candidates we have on file now and how many we would need to source. We do not promise a bench we do not have.

Your client stays your client. We work through you. We do not contact your client directly unless you ask us to.

Licensed processing. Every worker is processed under our licence, No. 2621/KAR, and registered with the Protectorate of Emigrants, which is what makes the deployment lawful and the worker insured.

Saudi Arabia only. We accept demands from agencies anywhere in the GCC, but the visa and the deployment must be for Saudi Arabia.

Yes. We work with recruitment offices and agencies across the GCC. The visa and the deployment must be for Saudi Arabia; that is the only market we process.
Can you process workers our client has already selected?+
Yes. Processing-only files take about two to three weeks, or three to four weeks for trades that need Skill Verification Programme certification.
How quickly can you supply candidates for a new demand?+
It depends on the trade and the headcount. We will tell you what we can supply from candidates already on file and what we would need to source, before you commit. Where we source, the timeline is about 45 days from Wakala to arrival.
How do we check that you are licensed?+
Our licence number is 2621/KAR. It is listed on the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment register of licensed Overseas Employment Promoters, which anyone can search.
