Hire Vetted Pakistani Professionals

Submit your manpower requirement and our team responds within 24 hours to begin the Demand Letter process. No agents, no handoffs — one accountable partner from Wakala to site gate.

What You Get

End-to-End, Handled In-House

Most recruiters subcontract the hard parts. We do not.

Documents Required

What You Need to Provide

Three core documents, all attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Pakistani Embassy or Consulate in Saudi Arabia.

01

Demand Letter

Specifying trades, quantities and salaries for the roles you need filled.

02

Power of Attorney (Wakala)

Authorising Jeewan Overseas Employment to act on your behalf in Pakistan.

03

Agency Agreement

Setting commercial terms, replacement window and responsibilities on both sides.

Commercial Terms

How Costs Are Structured

Agreed in the MOU or service contract before mobilisation begins — not quoted per candidate as the file moves.

Recruitment costs fall into four categories.

Government and statutory

Protector of Emigrants fees, state insurance, and the emigration levies fixed by the Bureau of Emigration. Set by regulation and identical for every licensed OEP.

Processing

GAMCA/Wafid medical, SVP trade testing where the role requires it, Etimad biometrics, and embassy visa stamping.

Travel

Ticketing and PNR issuance, handled in-house through Air Label Travels & Tours.

Service fee

Our fee for sourcing, screening, documentation and mobilisation, agreed in the MOU.

Which party bears which category is set in the agreement. We put it in writing before work starts, and we do not revise it mid-pipeline.

Assurance

If a Worker Doesn't Work Out

Covered by the replacement provision in the MOU signed by both parties.

The window, the conditions and the process are set in that document rather than in a marketing promise — so what you are entitled to is the agreement you signed, not an interpretation of it.

In practice: you notify us in writing, we verify the case against the agreed role requirements, and we re-source and re-mobilise. Where the failure is ours — a mis-assessed trade test, a documentation error — we carry it.

Volume Orders

Batch Mobilisation

Batch orders run as a single managed pipeline rather than a queue of individual files.

Medicals are block-booked, trade tests scheduled together, biometrics and embassy submissions moved as one cohort, and travel issued on group PNRs through Air Label. One account manager holds the whole batch, so you receive a single status report covering every worker rather than chasing files individually.

Where a batch is large enough to need phasing, we agree the tranches with you up front and mobilise against site readiness rather than pushing everyone at once.
